Hancock Park Residence

This single family residence is located in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Originally built in 1923 the main house was 3-stories including a full basement. The project consisted of an extensive restoration of the original architecture and a 5,815 SF addition to the main house, a remodel and addition to the garage/guest house, the construction of a new accessory structure, and a new pool. The existing building was returned to its original splendor while the new architecture was designed to compliment the original composition and still be modern, attractive, and functional.
